To get the most out of your training, duration is the key. I always recommend a minimum of 3 months. That way you go through and learn at least the beginning phase and progression of a
complete program: Foundation (Stability & Corrective Exercise), Intro Strength & Power, then Advanced Strength & Power. Each takes about a month depending on skill
level.
Your goals, schedule, and ultimately your budget will determine how often you will train. Training does not always have to be expensive or only for the rich. Many of my clients work
with me on a budgeted plan and still get great results. I will provide you with the guidance and tools you need to help you succeed in whatever training package you get.
Small group training is the best way to get the most out of your training. I prefer to keep the groups in the small range to keep the the flow, the personalization, and the form that goes along
with an efficient strength training program. (medium to large groups tend to lose that focus). Small group training is much more affordable and with the added support and motivation it
can be easier to stay consistent.
Remember, duration of a training program is the key to getting the most out of your training. You will at least learn how a total fitness program works whether you go take it out on your own
and grow from there or continue on training and never stop improving. I have clients that I have been working with for years and some going on decades and they are always learning and
continuing to improve their fitness levels along with my continual growth of my own training and philosophy.
