Z-FIT offers private, semi-private, and small group training to help you reach your fitness goals. I train clients of all fitness levels, ages, and gender. The beauty of Z-FIT training is that it works for everyone.
The training is based around Real World movements and what I call my Fundamental Strong Lifts. These Lifts are movements that are the cornerstones of just about every lift in the gym as well as movements we use in everyday life. There are 6 of them and they are listed in the Training Principles. These fundamental exercises build the strongest foundation to continue to build the best body for whatever goal you want. Whether you want to lose weight or body fat, build muscle, get stronger, or improve athletic performance, you have to start with a strong foundation.
